Mission Bay is San Francisco's first master-planned district, with green space and outdoor local amenities being scripted into the foundation of the community.
Chase Center is almost here, hosting the Golden State Warriors as well as a plethora of entertainment. UCSF has called Mission Bay home for years, alongside Uber, Lyft and Stripe.
With local schools on the way, as well as the Mission Rock development adding housing, cafes and green space where the current San Francisco Giants parking lot exists, this neighborhood has been on an upward trend for the better part of a decade.
