The newly formed East Cut is one of the most unique neighborhoods in San Francisco. With multiple highrise projects recently completed or nearing completion, the neighborhood is asking close to an average of $2,000 a foot for condominiums.
No single family homes dwell in the ‘Cut. With neighborhood amenities such as the Embarcadero and Salesforce Park, livability is tenfold what it used to be. The aim is to unify the Folsom Street, and Transbay districts into one lush, thriving, neighborhood.
Complete with its own CEO, website, local branding and a cleanup crew, the East Cut is redefining neighborhood development nationally.
